Incite is a foliar biostimulant containing a combination of potassium phosphite and pidolic acid and is suitable for use on a wide range of crops. The combination of phosphite and pidolic acid has been shown to be more effective than phosphite alone. This is consistent for both optimal phosphorous and low phosphorus growing conditions.
Incite contains phosphite which triggers the production of cis-Zeatin which is responsible for inducing primary and lateral root growth. It has been known to increase root biomass by up to 50%, helping to significantly improve nitrogen use efficiency.
By improving root biomass, the plant will have better access to nutrients and water, improving resilience during periods of drought stress. Incite increases nitrogen assimilation and amino acid production and growth and ultimately yield.
Incite is readily compatible with many plant protection products and other nutrition products, so it can be easily integrated into an existing application programme. Incite is able to benefit a wide variety of crops through periods of stress, as well as increasing yield in normal conditions.
| Contains | % w/w | g/l |
| Pidolic acid plus | 56 | |
| NPK | 0 – 28.5 – 20.5 | |
| Foliar phosphite | 28.5% as P2O5 | 456 as PO3 |

Incite combines potassium phosphite with pidolic acid, delivering greater benefits than phosphite alone. This dual action supports stronger root development, nutrient uptake and stress resilience across a wide range of crops.
Incite is suitable for cereals, oilseed rape, maize, sugar beet, potatoes, vegetables and many fruit crops. Its benefits are consistent under both optimal and low phosphorus conditions.
Pidolic acid improves nitrogen assimilation and amino acid production, while also aiding nutrient mobility within the plant. When combined with phosphite, it helps maximise root biomass and overall plant vigour.
Yes. Incite improves plant tolerance to stress factors such as drought and also supports faster recovery after stress events.
Apply during early establishment to stimulate root growth and again before periods of anticipated stress or high nutrient demand to maintain crop vigour and yield potential.
Incite is compatible with many plant protection and nutrition products, making it easy to integrate into existing programmes. However, it should not be mixed with trace elements containing sulphur (ammonium thiosulphate), copper oxychloride or iron.
By increasing root biomass and enhancing nitrate reductase activity, Incite helps crops capture and use nitrogen more effectively, supporting yield while reducing the risk of nitrogen loss.
Trials have shown that Incite’s root-enhancing and nutrient use efficiency benefits often translate into higher yields, particularly in seasons where environmental conditions challenge root development or nutrient uptake.
By improving nutrient efficiency and stress tolerance, Incite helps farmers achieve more output from the same or reduced input levels, supporting both economic and environmental sustainability.
