What are the different types of biostimulant in agriculture?
There are both microbial and non-microbial biostimulants. They work by enhancing plant functions and may do a variety of things such as increasing nutrient use efficiency (NUE) or protecting plants from abiotic stress. Intracrop’s biostimulant products use a variety of technologies in combination for a range of crop types. It is recommended they are used in sequence on our YieldBuilder/BioPlan programme.
What are the different types of adjuvants in agriculture?
Adjuvants in agriculture are used to improve the efficacy of crop protection products: by adhering them to the plant surface, giving a more even spray coverage, slowing drying time of spray products to increase absorption, reducing UV degradation or even to lower the pH as a buffering agent.
