How are our products developed?

Intracrop is science-led. Our products are developed alongside universities, research institutes and independent scientists. Independent trials, financed significantly by our parent company Frontier, produce clear, reliable results. What are the benefits of a phosphite based seed treatment?

Using phosphite based seed treatment has been proven to increase root development & speed of germination. Increased root development and size will improve nutrient use efficiency (NUE), increase tolerance to climate stress and enhance yield. What is pod sealant?

Pod sealants are polymer and surfactant blends designed to prevent pod shatter in oilseed rape crops. Our pod sealant product is called Arrest P.

When should I use pod sealant?

The use of a pod sealant on oilseed rape is at growth stage 80, the pod’s ‘green and bendy’ stageand will protect against shatter for up to 60 days, protecting yield and reducing OSR volunteers in the following crop.
