We offer an extensive range of services, ranging from a full design solution on behalf of the end user; or taking on the responsibility of designing, refurbishing and furnishing new spaces – ensuring that the end user can just move into the space at the end of the project without any issues. Workplace Consultancy
BIG have the expertise to conduct full workplace consultancy.

This involves doing a full interview process across all departments of a business, to maximise business output; increasing profitability for the business. This usually arises when companies/establishments are under pressure to save money.

We can conduct Building evaluation, where we rationalise the businesses operation across multiple sites, and whether consolidating or expanding would help efficiency and running costs.

We can conduct legacy surveys, and undertake a move management strategy.

We help the client in developing a furniture strategy direct with the manufacturer, to facilitate potential multi-sited furniture procurement – keeping consistency in a corporate brand.

Design and Build
A staple part of BIG-is’s work-flow comes in the form of Design and Build. We engage with senior members of an organisation to do a fully co-ordinated design – where we bring in our sub-consultants to accurate specify and cost an affordable and compliant design solution which satisfies your brief.

Following appointment, using our team of expert joiners, flooring, electricians and mechanical specialists; we bring our design concepts into reality. All our sites are fully project managed, covered under health and safety regulation, and have a tick from buildings regulations approval before sign off.

We provide a Fully coordinated approach, between Design, Build and Furniture.

We provide a Fast-track Project management to turn around a job quickly in tight timescales, without compromising the quality of our workmanship.

We deliver a wow-factor design, that is affordable, always with the client’s cost expectation in mind.

Furniture Procurement
Using the UK’s leading manufacturers, BIG-is can specify, procure and deliver a coordinated installation of Fitted, Bespoke and Loose furniture.

Our product is high quality, and we only buy our kit from reputable manufacturers. Offering you peace of mind in the knowledge that your investment carries guarantees and warranties conforming to BSEN:1729 and ISO14025.

All of our Manufacturer’s product, is sourced from sustainable locations; conforming to FSC and FISP regulations. We predominantly favour to source product which has a high recyclability content, in order to keep our carbon footprint as low as possible.
