Distributor survey shows strong satisfaction

IntraCrop’s 2025 survey has collected feedback that supports a clear message for prospective partners: the business is built on strong foundations of product performance and technical expertise. Distributors trust their relationship with IntraCrop and see a clear and proactive roadmap for further improvement.

Conducted across its international distributor network, the survey focused on key areas including satisfaction, ease of working, communication, product performance and technical support. Distributors represent IntraCrop’s grower customer base, meaning that the findings provide valuable insight into how products are performing in real-world commercial environments.

The results showed that clients overall feel a high level of satisfaction, with distributors consistently highlighting:

  • Reliable and transparent partnerships
  • High-quality, performance-driven products
  • A differentiated portfolio delivering added value
  • Strong technical expertise and support
  • Responsive, relationship-led customer service, with distributors valuing direct access to technical, commercial and marketing support teams

The survey also highlighted the importance of customer service within distributor relationships. Alongside product performance, distributors gave positive feedback on the value of technical accessibility and dependable, timely day-to-day support.

Importantly, several respondents noted they do not recommend alternative products over IntraCrop’s solutions.  This level of positivity is reflected in a strong Net Promoter Score (NPS), signalling a high likelihood of distributors recommending IntraCrop to growers and partners. This is a critical indicator of a long-term strategic partnership in the biostimulant sector.

While the survey confirms strong performance, it also highlights where IntraCrop is investing to further strengthen its partner offering. Key areas of investment  include:

  • Enhanced technical training and knowledge transfer
  • A growing commercial team, improving  customer communication and account management
  • Greater marketing resource, improving access to marketing and promotional materials

Distributors expressed an appetite for deeper engagement, including technical workshops and biostimulant masterclasses. They also expressed a desire to see more farmer-focused trial data to support on-the-ground conversations.

IntraCrop is already taking steps to address these opportunities, with a focus on:

  • Expanding technical training programmes and workshops
  • Creating accessible resource hubs for trial data and product information
  • Increasing touchpoints across technical and commercial teams
  • Delivering refreshed, grower-ready marketing materials

These initiatives are designed to ensure distributors are supported and fully equipped to support farmers  in their local markets.

Distributors also fed back that success has not been limited to product innovation, but that there is an excellent level of technical expertise and commercial understanding in our team, as well as important marketing support.

For prospective distributors, this shows that working with IntraCrop is an opportunity to partner with a business that combines proven product performance with a clear commitment to continuous improvement and long-term collaboration.

As the biostimulant market continues to grow around the world, the ability to combine science-led innovation with commercial support will be critical. IntraCrop’s 2025 survey results IntraCrop’s 2025 survey results highlight our strong commitment to customers and growers, our drive for innovation, and our readiness to invest in the next generation of single molecule biostimulants.
