Rachael Millward gains First Class Honours


Rachael Millward has successfully completed her degree in Agricultural and Crop Science at the University of Nottingham with a First Honours. As part of her studies, she undertook a twelve-month industrial placement with IntraCrop.

During this time, Rachael contributed to IntraCrop’s research, working closely across all teams, where she utilised data from field trials to create content that supported product development and improvement. She helped to plan and evaluate trials, gaining practical insights into the decision-making processes that drive successful agricultural practices. Rachael also had the opportunity to work alongside the Commercial Director, Mark Palmer, providing her with invaluable industry exposure.,

Reflecting on her time at IntraCrop, Rachael stated, “The experience was incredibly rewarding. Working with IntraCrop has given me a real-world understanding of how agricultural science is applied in the field. The hands-on experience of planning and viewing trials, combined with the data analysis work, has greatly enhanced my skills and knowledge. I am grateful for the opportunity to work with such a dedicated team and contribute to meaningful projects that can make a difference in the agricultural industry. I know my placement played a significant role in gaining my First Honours.”
